About Us
We are a manufacturer operating out of Enniskillen in Garrison, Northern Ireland. Our company name is Rope Cutters Ltd T/A Prop Protector. Originally invented by GUK Manufacturing, research and development into Propshield and solutions to stern gear fouling began in the summer of 2001. Years later Prop Protector is proud to be leading the way in Propeller antifouling solutions around the world.
Mission Statement & Commitment to our Customers
We would like to bring the benefits of this product to fellow boat
owners, and commercial operators who constantly fight against barnacle attraction,
hard growth, electrolysis
and oxidisation. We will
continue to research and develop other products that we will bring to
the market in the future to enhance cruising pleasure and commercial
profits; In doing so we
plan to keep this and other products that follow as natural as possible
to protect the environment for future generations. We do not see the
need to adopt chemicals that are derived from oil and will endeavour not
to use products that are not environmentally friendly or are not
available from renewable resources.
